Our vented caps have already been tried for increase in the biomass and the results are very encouraging but only indicative. And the government lab with whom we have working tie-up has now requested us to supply bigger lot to confirm the indicative results and present a project paper. We do this with lot of passion to achieve the desired results.

For every plant that comes out of the glass jar you pay roughly 5/6 paise for our cap if used only one year and half of it used for two years. And you pay only 1.333 paise or less per plant that comes out of the glass jar, towards cost of autoclavable tray which gives minimum 100 autoclave cycles. To launch yera jar tissue culture trays which can hold 16 jars and vented caps in first half of financial year 2012/13 & magenta boxes later on. The technology for vented caps was developed in the year 2006 and received appreciation letter from the user. Unfortunately it was an r & d effort and it could not be continued as the scale of economy for mass production was not available immediately.
